Input issues

Im using an SB Live Value, running winamp 2.81 and the Shoutcast dsp 1.8.2. Im trying to set up the "What U Hear" correctly (Yes, i have that option checked) but it doesnt seem to work. I have the mic unmuted and when i press talk it actually slides the volumes correctly, but my voice cannot be heard. It doesnt capture any sound from the mic at all. I have absolutely no idea where to go from here.

Well, it appears if i select "2 speakers" as my output device i can use the "What U Hear" just fine. Rather odd but at least its figured out. Might want to check into that
