Can anyone make a skin that has a timer that counts down like a scoreboard?

Like is there a skin or plug-in that has a time thing that counts down minutes, seconds and tenths of seconds? I am very into this kind of stuff. I like sports but I'm also into the details like uniforms, field/court design and scoreboards. Well, any help is appreciated. And DON'T call me a geek.

ONly possible in WA3.

Crap, I just uninstalled that because it was too slow.

Er, in Winamp 2, you can press the "Time Display" area in the Main Window, and instead of the time counting up... it will have the time left... no tenths of secodns/milliseconds, though.

Right, you can have countdown, but no ms.
