Not live...its a recording... how do i fix that?

For some reason when i run a server and broadcast something and people log on, it starts from the very beggining of my recording, how do i fix that. Where is the option to set the delay time?! HELP!@#@

its called buffering, you need to have a data buffer or the stream would skip,
