relaying

Hi,

I want to relay a server with my head server so we can let more people listen to our radio.

But now i get this error:

<02/17/03@08:07:10> [source] disconnecting from relay host [waiting 30s]

and i put down this in my config:

RelayPort=5028
RelayServer=66.227.96.131

This is the information of my 2th server how come it doesn't work ?

and what do i need to config in the 2th server ?
