HORRIBLE sound when using shoutcast plugin

hi!

i'm using shoutcast dsp for winamp. i test two version : 1.8.0 & 1.8.2b. the same.

It works, but when i broadcast and using windows, a horrible electronic sound from hell come and kill my ears ! i don't know why ? i'm using a phillips 5.1 audio card with win2k.

is it a bug of shoutcast ? because it's very unpleasant for listener and for the dj.

Any solution ?
