"now playing" listing on website

Hi All,

I have been reading about PHP and XML now for hours and i am semi-proficient in computer languages...VB, HTML, etc..., but all i seem to be getting is a techincal headache....

can someone please tell me in PLAIN ENGLISH!! what i need to do be able to display my current song now playing, and the last 5 songs played on a section of my website, i could just put a link to my servers admin page...http://64.252.154.14:8000/played.html, but i dont want users to be able to access the other links such as /index.html.....can anyone help me??

Check out the Sticky post titled:
SHOUTcast: Important Info & Answers to FAQs. READ ME!

Scroll down a bit and look for the section titled:
General SHOUTcast Information -> SHOUTcast ToolBox (All sorts of nifty add-ons for SHOUTcast)

There is a pre-packaged PHP tool available that you can customize.

You can't hide the DNAS pages, sorry.

you might be able to use IIS to control acces permissions so that people cant see the dnas, its just a theory but im sure you could do it...
