Im new to SHOUTcast and I need HELP!!!

Im not sure if my port is supposed to say, 8000 and my address says localhost. Is this stuff supposed to be like this? Cause i cant connect to anything.

PLEASE HELP ME I WANNA BROADCAST!!!!!!!!!!

PS: If there is anything else i may be doing wrong, or something youve had a problem with also, please tell me how to do it.
