I'm a new shoutcaster and I have my server all setup and it works and all, but I can't log into my admin thing, where do I setup my username?

username = "admin" (without the quotes) and is not configurable.
password = whatever you have defined in the DNAS sc_serv.ini/conf file. The default password is "changeme" (without the quotes).
