Quality down to hell

After I finally found how everything seems to be working music and speaking at the same time the next problem occured....
It was impossible to listen to it the quality was unaccetable and the volume was far too high....

I dont know if you heared of that problem already but however I´m doing this radio stuff for my CAS hours and I really need it.

Are your mixers too high?

Is your Winamp/DSP combo volume too high?

Mhm....i turned the mixers down so that the input stays at auround
-5 DB but the secon thing you mentioned....what is that
