Help it disconnectes every time

hi
i need help with configuring shoutcast.
my problem is follow: every time when he trys to connect hes 1 min connected and than he disconnected automatically.
did i have the wrong ip?

what does i wrong that it disconnectes every time, did i have the wrong ip address?
and if it works someday what shall i do that i can speak.
