error syncing mpeg

My wife is using WinAmp 2.80 and DSP 1.8.0 plug in to play music on the internet. It has been working up until a few days ago when we started receiving the "error syncing to mpeg" when visiting http://sophie.inlive.co.kr/listen.pls

She is serving up a playlist in WinAmp that has always worked before and I understand this error to mean the stream from the server is being sent in some other format (not MP3).

This error happened a few months ago and cleared up after a few days.
Is it possible the server stream is just screwing up?
