Number of Listeners

I don't use this very often, just to listen to a radio show in my home town. The only problem is the link only supports six listeners. Is there anything that I can do to get that number increasead, or is that up to the provider alone. I apologize if this is a stupid question or if this is answered somewhere else, I couldn't find it. Thanks for any answers.

it's the provider. you could pay for them to get a bigger server i suppose...but that could cost a lot of money.

They need to either bump up the maximum listener count and/or get more bandwidth.
