A Naked Bid to Redraw World Map

http://www.commondreams.org/views03/0318-06.htm

Nice to see a US journalist against this war. In fact, he says a lot of things I couldn't have said better my self. Can any American tell me what is the general US newspaper (not TV) attitude for this war?

I just don't trust TV and radio because they're giving you what they want you to know and without many details because of limited time and continuous news flow. With newspapers, you can have a more global and detailed view and keep a history file

It's a good thing you don't live in this country, Wizard. Our tabloids are clueless rags. The broadsheets have their own degree of bias, too. We need a neutral paper that's really neutral.

There is no neutral paper in Greece, too. Everyone is against the war. However, they do write about what Saddam has done in the past, but you have to read the whole paper to find that part. My point is that at least they write it, so you can read it, but such a thing will not be broadcasted in TV or radio. Anyhow, I believe that there will never be a neutral paper as long as it can be easily accused of treason by the super-patriots and unfortunately news have to be filtered in such times
