What does it mean!!!!????!!!???

Please excuse me for sounding a tid bit on the retarded side. I have been staring into this screen pondering exactly just what they want me to put in these boxes they have under the output tab when you open up Shoutcast in your Winamp player there. It say Address right under output configuration but what address do they want? Also, I hear it doesn't matter what you put for your password but that may be a misunderstaning on my behalf. I just dont think they would put the box there if it was pointless. Maybe I have to sign up for something?

This is what I have tried and it didn't work.

I put my IP address under Address and I typed in cool for my password which from what I understand doesn't matter.
