Desktop Message Spam!!

Is there a program that gets rid of desktop message spam?(for free) I keep getting these large windows selling software to get rid of themselfs and male enlargement ads! Its fucking annoying!

Stupid idiots, thanks for starting a whole new kind of spam!!!! Thats like developing a new strain of Anthrax that gives you AIDS too!!

While youre at it, if you use msn messenger block 'all other contacts' in it's tools > options > privacy options.

This is different from messenger spam, but it's just as annoying.
