Run server with no sound card.

Hi,

I want to run a Shoutcast server, but i have no sound card in it. When i start Winamp to play music, i get the error that there is no sound card installed. Is there a plugin, or other way to get winamp play music without a sound card...

Have you tried playing with the 'Null' output plugin which is distributed with the Shoutcast DSP?

Or is the problem that the program exits before you can get that far?

Yah, the null output plugin should work just fine.
