File Descriptors

I was woundering if there is any way to change how many file descriptors sc_serv can use ? or do i hafto make sure that i got 1024 descriptors ready.

I have been looking in the sc_serv.conf but couldn't find any, and plus the sc program aint open source so i cant exactly go in and change anything in their either...

If you intend on broadcasting to more than 64 listeners, you may also want to look into unlimiting the descriptors allocated to your shell. The commands limit, ulimit, and unlimit may be of some assistance to you.
