little help!!

i have everything pretty much done. server runs i connect to server but this is the thing,i know you guys get allot of questions about this easy problem, I sent a friend the link of www.(myip)

ort/listen.pls but nothing wokrs pade not displayed. im thinking since i just finished and i just posted my rdio station in the "yellow pages" that its not been added yet. If im wrong i just dont see the problem. although guys i just learned all this radio stuff about 10 min ago. so bare with me on the question.
