mic?

ok i got the deal with my mic mixer where i can have the music go down in volume and i can talk but im having peeps tell em they can here me even when i dont push talk or lock. whats wrong?

Sounds like your mic is selected in your Recording mixer. Take a look at: http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?threadid=86076
If your using a USB mic then basically you're screwed in trying to get this to work the way it was designed, however you should be able to manually adjust the microphone volume.
