Recommendations - Songs
I'm always up for new ideas (despite having 200 albums on my 'want list').
Kings of Convenience - Sing Softly to Me If the sun is shining (I guess that's everywhere except the east coast of the USA), this is a great summer track. Sweet guitars & vocals. Very well put together. |

i wasn't sure where to post this...
but the one song that never fails to bring me to my knees is Taps, especially when played by "echo" bulglers (spell check) or with the bag pipes. that is a very emtionally intense song. |

Thanks zootm, I'll stick with the wall of noise with some audible vocals (Curve - Coast Is Clear, or Six By Seven - My Life is an Accident). I may listen to midi surf 1 more time before zapping it.

thought up some new ones:
Shakespeare's Sister "Stay" and "The Trouble with Andre" The Cult "Edie" and "She Sells Sactuary" and an oldie, Dusty Springfield "Son of a Preacher Man" that songs rules, too bad Dr. Pepper ruined it with a commercial. |
