About IP Telephony
IP Telephony is also known as Voice over IP or Internet Telephony and
it represents the technology which uses IP-based data networks to transmit telephone calls. It is an evolution that will widely affect corporate telecommunications in the future. IP telephony enables companies to place telephony calls over IP networks instead of public switched telephone networks. Currently IP telephony offers cheaper call prices than the standard public switched telephone network otherwise known as PSTNs. IP telephony is a major networking issue today and there are a numbers of PC telephony providers(you can get the providers' lists at http://www.iphone.shows.it) who are trying to offer a different solution to beat their competitors. Who will win? |

we use IP telephones at my work/college and I can say that, although the idea is in the right spot, it can be a major Bad Word Omitted to implement and have funtion properly. It's wierd when 1 phone has 3 lines and 12 different rings.
s0be And On that day, the Lords of the land said unto their Master Architect, "The temple you have made to the gods of Wasabi and Maki has brought us no great prosperity" and they sent out him into the lands. As he traveled to a far off land, he found he wasn't traveling alone, but that he had gained companions, and when they found their new land, they started work on a new temple, one that would be OPEN to all who wanted to worship. from The Book of Wasabi C 12 Vs 09 (pg 2003)
