I want to put a link to my radio station on my website......HOW?

I cant seem to figure out how i can put a link on my website so that people can listen to my station. (Im a newbie so put it in the easiest way possible )

Summary
if your ip is 38.192.22.130 and port is 7002 your link format is:

html for that would be:

that html would display this link:

Tune In

which is my station link
