Actually, I doubt it takes much time - just write a program that converts a black and white picture to ascii using different characters for different shades.

God I love ASCII. And then there's that whole Star Wars thing for mIRC. Save the attached text file to your mIRC directory and then type:

This is basically the "ascii porn!" thread, but I wanted to make a new topic 'cause I think many people shyed away from the thread due to the porn topic and this is kind of on a tangent 'cause it doesn't relate to the porn.

*NOTE* - Mods, if I should just keep this to the other thread, then go ahead and delete this.

Anyway, here's some fun with ASCII - please post anything else you know of!

This logo:

That was done by me with the site http://www.text-image.com/ . Great site.

Next is that infamous bullet scene in The Matix converted to ASCII:
