let me guess, the settings dialog is a second nsis installer executed when you click on the 'back' button and exchanges it's settings with the main program via ini file or registry?

The NSISdl plugin creates 2 progress bars.
The top one is the installation progress, and the 2nd is the file download progress. -Stu
