Big problem

I'm using the nsExec plugin.
As expected, using it should automatically get the dll extracted to the plugins dir.
However, on some systems this is not happening, and nsExec is failing.

I can not recreate this bug on my own machine, but sofar two of my users have experienced this problem.
One is running Windows XP home (I run XP Pro and have no problems)
