OzzFest 2003: Six Flags Daren Lake (My experence)
First and foremost, Marlin Manson was not allowed to attend becuase the vanue had 'Family Friendly' contents, and was too 'expicted' for the show.
BULL FUCKING SHIT! There was worse bands there then Marilyn Manson. 'Cradle Of Filth', a British band (It seemed from how the lead singer spoke) whom was the last of the second stage acts at OzzFest, was more obsene then any appearences that I have heard that Manson had on T.V.. Other then the mere fact that most of the 'Second Stage Acts' were most likey wanted to put on a worser of their planed sets just for spite that OzzFest is not a Family Friendly event. Hell I even bought one of those guy's CD's cus they were kick ass (MotoGrate, another second stage preformers) During 'Cradle Of Filth', It poured, It was wet. But I was dry, lucky asshole I was, I was so happenly wear not one, but three shirts. ^_^ I bought a nice Ozzfest T-Shirt for 35 friken dollars, which I was already wearing two (one t-shirt and a sorta overshirt *shrugs*). And I have an autographed copy of KoRn Untouchables (John Davis and Fieldy signed in their wierd way...) Anyway (like you cared about that), logically this made the ground quite muddy, so during this rain and choas to run into the 'shell' cus the actual seating had a large shell-like canvas to sheild fans from the rain. We enjoyed it until the Lawn-seaters (which didnt have the nice protective roof) started to throw mud at the fans who paid more of their seats. During that time Chevelle was playing, people weren't playing any attention to them, becuase of the mus being thrown at the fans, Chevelle got pissed and walked off stage. Yeah, Fuck you too guys... ![]() Disturbed was next, I have to admit THEY PUT ON A DAMN GOOD SHOW, If not the best that night. (Which they would also, among the Second Stage preformers, dedicated their set for Manson.) KoRn was after Disturbed, which too put on a good show. Strange Johnathon Davis didn't say anything about Manson... ![]() Just to remind you, during these two acts, the Lawn guys continued to throw mud, luckly I managed to not get hit. ^_^ When Ozzy came on, the mud throwing stoped. Ozzy was the man, sadly he's getting old and disorentated, He still has his voice, but I don't think he can remember any songs, cus he did have a telepromter. However he did get better later on in his preformence, and his guitarist was awsome. ^_^ In conclusion, it was worth the fucking price of admition when I was tities several times during this event.
Needs more moo-cows.

2 questions:
