looking for a certain song, can you help?

hi, im looking for a song that was release back in i think it was 1996 or so, but dont quote me on it, it was origionally japanese manga style song called "on your mark" now i know it was released and sung in english, im not sure if the song was titled castles in the air or somthing, i tried looking for that but nothing has come up, does anyone know what its actually called and who sung it in english? many thanks
