Chipmunk Problem

I'm having problem WHen the dj switch to talk his voice change into chipmunk and after he done the song start to fastforward broadcast at 64 but not all the dj have this problem? anyone know why it do that?

Does the stream use an intro file?

Is there an SBLive! card involved?

What is the samplerate of the stream when it speeds up?

Are you using the DSP for winamp 3 by any chance?

it work when it ok 24k mono

forget it it that damm bug with encode 1
the fix to it is use encode 2
