Delay Time

How can I make it so that when people listen to my shoutcast station, the stream will be live, and not delayed by almost a minute?

Ok here's the deal

Shoutcast isn't live... If you want live get the older version of the The Shoutcast Server, which will make it near real time.. However there is major security issues with the older version of SC server (please leave in private mode if you decide to use it)
