Need help?

Hello,

I want too have a Mp3 player that broadcasting on a linux server. On the same server. But how i do that with only SSH. Or do you have a remote control program for it

Read the shoutcast manuals. It involves setting up the program as a background process. Also make sure you have permission before doing something like this. I mean if you don't physically have access to this box then I hope the owner has no problem with you running programs at will on it.

Use sc_trans and Check out the results from a SHOUTcast forum search on 'telnet ssh'.

Look for a post by clubexplosion titled:
Install shoutcast on host

Note: Other search criteria may yield more results.
