Volume while broadcasting?

When I am broadcasting, winamp's volume becomes constant. I cant lower it or raise it, unless I raise or lower ALL the volume (of the whole computer). Is this typical?

Erm i think this is just how winamp volume controll works whether you are braodcasting or not, i.e. the volume control just alters the "master" volume control in windows mixer. Many (but not all) other player do this too.

Do not PM me for tech support !

nonono you misunderstood... winamp volume control does NOTHING while I am broadcasting. slide it to zero or slide it to max - no response!

try searching arround the plugins area of winamp.com specifically the output area, not real sure that would work though..

Glad its working fine for you though

Yeah I'm all set now. I moved the stream over to InnerGamer networks and that solved my problem with listeners 'dropping out'.

Thanks everyone!
