I'm just trying to LISTEN!!

Not really sure what's going on, but I installed shoutcast and can listen with winamp just fine on my computer at home, but it doesn't work on my laptop for work. I compared the setup for both, they're set up the same, so I don't understand, what is not allowing me to stream from the laptop. *yes, I checked to see the mute button wasn't on the sound properties on the laptop*. HELP!!
