New dialog ID 108 in latest CVS?

I've upgraded to latest CVS, and am getting the following compile error:
Error: "settings.exe" doesn't contain a dialog with the ID 108!

I am using custom UI's modified with Resource Hacker.
Rather than start all 3 UI's again, is it possible for me to get the dialog ID 108 resource file so that I can add it with Resource Hacker?
(I think that's the way to do it?)

Or, is there a way I can copy dialog ID 108 from the new UI's to my UI's?

I got round the problem by making a copy of the new UI's then copying across my modified UI resources.
