What Music Or Bands Do You Collect?
What kind of music or bands do you collect? I'm not talking about being just a fan. This goes much farther than that. I'm talking about bands or music that you love so much that you collect things and follow them very closely.
I'm a collect things from Styx, Rush, and The Alan Parsons Project. I have every single CD ever put out by these bands. I also have several posters, and I save my concert ticket stubs. Share your "obsession!"

I'm "very attached" to Curve and Stereolab. When Curve announced their split in 1994 I was rather upset - fortunately the split was only temporary.
A Stereolab member (Mary Hansen) died last Christmas (crushed to death on her push-bike by a lorry), I was upset about that as well. I've got a permanent playlist named in her honour. I've got a load of heroes, but only a select few are special.

I followed Enigma very closely, until for some reason or the other shifted to New Wave, about a year back. I still have the four albums (as cassettes) that they've released so far, but I barely listen to them anymore.

Not so much bands etc, I try and get everything on Trojan Records I can. Unfortunatly I can't afford the vinyl, so I get as many cds releases as possible.
Also King Tubby...diamond geezer. It's been said that I could start an arguement in an empty room.....I see no reason to disbelieve this. |

I have a pair of Toni Halliday's panties (stolen from her washing line). It was a covert operation. Worth the 10 days spent posing as a British Telecom engineer.

They're in a vaacuum sealed glass case. But you know, one day I may take them out for a sniff.
