The moderators that have posted in this thread, (Bilbo, Jones, and Craig) should be ashamed. You're job here is to moderate, which means you shouldn't be insulting, or otherwise calling forum members names. Being an asshole to new members isn't going to make them want to stay here. It's going to drive them away.

I think more insults are needed. Oh and Idiot, losing this guy wouldn't be such a bad thing as he is not too bright and has posted porn. He's only getting away with it because he's... you guessed it! FOREIGN! Also, just because you're a moderator doesn't mean you can't have some fun or talk to people like you would anyone else normally. I dunno what you expect them to act like.. robots perhaps? Firstly, he isn't a new member. He has been annoying people for longer than you know, and not just on the forums.

Secondly, if we put off one new member like him, then it was all worth it.

When someone tries to tell them off they act like a really nice guy and pretend not to understand. And that the moderators are lenient on them because of this nice guy persona.
