Anything by:

Pizzicato Five (Japanese). I can only describe them as Saint Etienne with more kick. I recommend the track "Twiggy Twiggy". Very sexy.

Good Album - Happy End of the World (1997)

2-Raum Wohnung (German). I recommend "Sie Kann Fliegen" (You Can Fly).
Martini Bros (German). I recommend "Dance Like It Is Okay". Most of the track's in Deutsche.

All for now.

Sicidim is extremely popular over here... in fact two local artists spoofed the song, made their own videos out of it, which turned out to be even bigger hits!!!

Kiss didn't make it here. Didi by Khaled is a classic

Rammstein started off singing in German, switched to English then switched back. It sounds a lot better in German and they are an uber band .

Agreed, Phily Baby! And yes, spaceplayradio, I have lived in Germany. I was stationed in Landstuhl for a year. I spoke German before I went there, though. My grandpa came from Stuttgart, and he taught me. Too bad he died several years ago. My German has gone downhill since I don't have anyone to speak it with.

Alabina - Salma Y Salama (Ole Y Ola)

This song is an amazing example of fusion. A traditional Arabic/Egyptian song remade by the French artist Jean Michael Jarre in the 70s & later in 1996, remade in Spanish by the band Alabina.

Awesome song - I'd recommend it to anyone.

After seeing this video on the forums about a million times, I couldn't help but download the Romanian song, Dragostea Din Tei by O-Zone

"Maya hee! Maya hoo! Maya haa! Maya ha ha!"

This is a sig of some nature.

Phily, you need to see Rammstein live to appreciate them fully.
