The LOUD tracks (or peeling your neighbour's wallpaper)

I have all manner of loud tracks. I'm not anti-social though, so most are played at a moderate volume.

But if I did want to shatter your windows, this is what I'd play:

My Bloody Valentine - Only Shallow

tricky one you started here cylob

the intro to Blancmanges - waves
most of the deep purple collection
metallica - one ( the middle part)
neil young - sedan delivery
camel - echoes ( breathless album)

to quote widdy "there's more, there's always more"

and to quote a stupid actor ( who now is into politics)

I'll be back

Each Thursday a new show on Celtica Radio with Darkwave music.

Have you got any noise-pop Sweet? Something like Medicine/Aruca - designed to play loud but I dare not.

It's a case of 'how much do I need the roof tiles?'.

If I really want to piss off my neighbors, I just crank up anything by Type O Negative. That usually does the trick.

this one could drive the neighbours mad.

a bunch of strange noise - called music by Paul and Andy but a song like abc-autoindustry and radio prague isn't what you and i would call music

Metallica's Sad But True, or even Vegas Two Times by Stereophonics. Good intro.

Breakin' the law! Breakin' the law!

Leather Rebel is a good, loud tune if your speakers can handle the double-bass crazyness.

Cradle Of Filth - The Smoke Of Her Burning
Accept - Balls To The Wall
Pink Floyd - Sorrow (good for the sheer noise factor)
The Tea Party - Temptation
ZZ Top - La Grange
Arch Enemy - Enemy Within
I Mother Earth - Earth, Sky & C
Meshuggah - Spasm

I could go on forever....

Some interesting choices, if I was a millionaire I'd fly everyone to a private luxury island to test them.

Must locate Generation Terrorists (cheers Raz).

Anything from the Pixies - Trompe Le Monde

Described by NME as 'greasy slabs of noise'. Who can argue with that?

That's the spirit.

On now:

Pure rock n roll, perfect for those 'screw the universe' moments. Even better if you have some liquid to go with it.
