Is There something wrong with the servers?

I have been gettin this error

<12/12/03@11:18:13> [yp_tch] yp.shoutcast.com gave error ()

constantly for at least 5 hours now
I've seen it before and someone said there was a problem with the servers. Is that what is going on now?
