Have you tried to listen to your own link? Usualle there is a delay from the time you transmit to the time you can hear your voice. Yo can also tell a friend to listen to your station and see if the audio is going out. The same thing will apply, almos a minute later after transmitting your friend will be able to listen to your audio.
Using a mixer you can monitor yourself. My Shoutcast and SAM2 combination is working fine, but I can not monitor my michrophone unless I mute SAM2 and listen to my own station using Winamp. SAM2 will let you control the mike level and music level to your satisfaction and it has an equalizer for the microphone too. |
