Normalizer plug-in?

Is there any plug-ins available for 5.01 which will normalize each mp3 as it is being broadcast? I have quite a few mp3s with very different volume levels. Rather than go through my entire library and normalize thousands of songs, I was wondering if anyone knows of any plug-in that will do it per song while broadcasting?

There are several plug-ins, TomSteady, Tomass Limiter, Sound Solution, ...

My suggestion, normalize at the source level using MP3Gain first, then apply DSP tools.
