Isn't it funny how theres been an earthquake in Iran, Saddam has been captured and theres a USA 2004 election coming up.

Now i believe that the Earthquake in Iran was manufactured by the USA, Bush has lifted the restrictions on Iran just in time for xmas and the election, Isn't that funny.
The military have the technology, detonate a small Nuke under iran and you have yourself an earthquake

In other words: people in seismically active regions should not live in mud houses.

I wouldn't say that. Not living in a seismically active area eliminates California, home of more than 10% of the US population (and it also eliminates Japan). I would guess on a per year average, more people die from tornados than earthquakes in the US, so don't live where tornados occur either, which eliminates Kansas, Oklahoma, etc. Hurricanes are more frequent than big earthquakes and cause a lot of damage, so don't live in any coastal areas from North Carolina down to Florida and over to Texas. Also, there are probably more people freezing to death each year than die in earthquakes, so don't live in Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, etc. (Or Canada).
