What would I choose first but...

Lexx
Opening Theme: Season 2 - Version 2
(composed by Marty Simon)

I don't know the artists of these, but to betray my age with some older ones...

Miami Vice (Jan Hammer, I think)
Magnum P.I.
Simon & Simon

And things more recent...

Enterprise (the first season, pre-banjo version )
Smallville (Remy Zero ~ Save Me)
Miss Match (Macy Gray)

And my favorite entire soundtracks...

Lexx: The Series (Original TV Soundtrack)
Farscape: Music from the Original Soundtrack
Heavy Metal (OST)
The Fifth Element (OST)
Cirque du Soleil: Mystère (Live in Las Vegas)
...the last one's not a TV or movie soundtrack, but a soundtrack of the greatest live performance I've ever seen: Cirque du Soleil's Mystère, which I saw in Las Vegas in 1996.

I'm a psychosomatic sister running around without a leash.

Dr Who - by the BBC Radiophonic Workshop.

It's recognised as a classic, appears on several compilations.

Shaft - Isaac Hayes...it hasn't been bettered.

It's been said that I could start an arguement in an empty room.....I see no reason to disbelieve this.

I liked the intro theme for the short-lived TV show "Weird Science" on USA (the cable channel). I've also heard the original version from the movie and it's not as good.

Got to do your bit.

Still, Grange Hill ranks as one of my faves. The signature tune of my early teens...

I liked the bass guitar "funk" music bits from Seinfeld...

"I just want to lie in my own crusty filth, eating rancid egg sandwiches, until some unfortunate paramedic has to blow down my door to find my bloated and pasty corpse wedged between the nightstand and mattress stained with Bengay and Robitussin DM." - Greg Gutfeld on sex and seniors

Anyone heard of the opening and closing themes of the popular Discovery Channel series 'Beyond 2000'?

I know it's old, but I'd like to know the artist who composed them.

Mike Oldfield - Tubular bells

(It's the EXORCIST theme, I even composed it as a ringtone for my cellphone - never used it though since ringtones are annoying - I love that tune, it's simple yet awesome )

Now this isn't really just a tune but when I think of movie music I absolutely have to mention Pink Floyd - The Wall...a masterpiece, what need I say more?

The Wall is an absolute classic (but I would say that)... Most of it was filmed 8 miles from where I live.
