File Open/Save Error

I have used Shoutcast and Winamp for awhile, but this morning my Winamp stopped broadcasting music for some reason. I decided to just uninstall Winamp and re-install it. I did this, installing the newest free version, but now when I go to click on "Tune In", immediately after I see the 'File Download' box appear, another box appears on top of the 'File Download' box which reads:

'Access to the specified device, path, or filename, is denied.'

When I click 'ok' the 'File Download' box disappears and I'm left with nothing....

I was listening to Shoutcast yesterday and made no major changes to my system. This only odd thing I did yesterday was listen to some songs from the following site, but all opened up in Windows Media Players:

I'm using Windows 2000. Thanks in advance.
