Tune-in doesn't work bad pls file

I recently installed the latest winamp 5.02 when I try to listen to a radio station via Tune-In winamp opens but doesnt't play because the shoutcast-playlist.pls file containes:
[playlist]
numberofentries=0
Version=2

a playlist works from the stations website like :
[playlist]
NumberOfEntries=1
File1=http://dogtownsaloon.com:8000/

so it looks like the file1=................ is missing.
what am i doing wrong?

WinXP
FireFox or ie browser
