Mood-setter for the start of a boring day of work...

So, you are ready to go to work/college anything tedious. You're going to have to endure long hours of boredom and coping with idiots of any kind. What track do you play in your car radio/headphones/stereo to get a good moral boost to face the day ?

ATM, mine is Underworld - Dinosaur Adventure 3D

Monster of a track, impossible to resist

Your turn now people

If only it was that simple!

I find post-punk or darkwave fixes me up....... something agressive or indifferent in my head first thing. Example:

Curve, Clan of Xymox, Jesus & Mary Chain, The Sound, Camouflage, Mesh, Assemblage 23, Sisters of Mercy, Red Lorry Yellow Lorry, B-Movie, Siouxsie & the Banshees etc.

Happy tunes are for after work...... if I make it till then. One idiot too many will push me over the egde..... what's the sentence these days for stabbing someone 50 times with a banana?

Agnostic Front - Love to be Hated

This song never fails to put me in a good mood whenever I hear it.

Well I know somebody, somewhere is gonna make me feel, alright.
Well I know somebody, somewhere is gonna piss me off tonight!
Cause I'm loved and I'm hated
And I'm loved and I'm hated
And I'm loved and I'm hated
and I love love love to be hated!

Mine could be various tracks, but a good choice would be:
Leftfield - Original

Kids, you tried your best and you failed miserably. The lesson is, never try.

mine at the moment would be

Camouflage - love is a shield

it is such a happy song - that after listening to it you start to feel happy yourself.

Each Thursday a new show on Celtica Radio with Darkwave music.

If I'm feeling positive for a day of work/school, Rush - Working Man is always a song to get me through...

If I'm feeling negative, something like Pantera or KoRn will have to do then...A pissed off mood and going to work or school listening to happy music doesn't work for me...

[edit]Audioslave or Red Hot Chili Peppers can also pep me for a boring day too... [/edit]

I believe a handshake and a standing ovation

Depends if I've got the rugrat in the car with me. If she is, then it's usually Disney theme songs But, once she's out, right now I've got the cd that spaceplay made for going right now, it rocks!

Bob Dylan - Subterrean Homesick Blues

It's been said that I could start an arguement in an empty room.....I see no reason to disbelieve this.
