Led Zeppelin or Iron Maiden?

Ok. This has been an ongoing argument at my school and I feel like everyone is on a 24/7 crack high.

I would like to know which is the better band, Led Zeppelin or Iron Maiden? I think it's Led Zep and that they own Iron Maiden. IM sounds the same on every song. Not to bash them, they are good, just not as good as Led Zep.

Thanx for contributing!

I'm a metal head, but I don't listen to Iron Maiden...

And just being a rock music fan, I'll probably get rotten fruit lobbed at me for saying this, but...I don't listen to Led Zepplin either...

Iron Maiden is booring. Real rock has at least some blues-feeling, and that's what Maiden ain't got at all.

Their guitar-solos feel so.... empty... And thay have no rock'n'roll-beat. That makes their riffs dull.

BTW After a brief look on my avatar you could maybe figure out wich one i voted for

[Edit]The Trooper is good, but thats about everything about I like with IM[/Edit]

Iron who?

The search for the ultimate signature continues apace. I have journeyed from the peaks of Nepal to the depths of oceanic trenches. I have crossed deserts, jungles, swamps, savannas, steppes and frozen wastelands. I have consulted with seers, swamis, sages, scholars and savants. The peregrination proceeds purposefully.

I just love John Bomham's roll drumming, it's gret. Led Zeppelin all the way.

Me. I would go with Led Zeppelin because it is just better than Iron whatever the hell it is! (sorry Maiden). I just like Zep better than Iron Maiden. The all-around talent is much better and the sound is more crisp then Iron Maiden. Led Zeppelin all the way also! Anyway that is my say on this subject. Shit I forgot to vote... oh well i'll do that now.

I prefer the sound of Maiden, but like led zep too.

They arent really simlar enough styles to compair fairly, but but given the choice of listening to one or the other, I'd take maiden.

i'd like to say both, but since it isn't an option i'm gonna say maiden, since they're the underdogs.

Iron Maiden's metal...Led Zeppelin's like, classic rock...

What next: The match-up between AC/DC and Jay-Z or Aerosmith and Brittney Spears?

Is their are comparision??????

One is a band that helped shape rock music for generations.
The other is a fairly decent band for those between the ages of 13 to 17.

It's been said that I could start an arguement in an empty room.....I see no reason to disbelieve this.
