Track name wanted.

I was listening to winamp wah hah variety show on april 23 at 15.15 or thereabouts (perth australia time). And there was a track I missed the name of. It was industrial-trance like and it was just before "only the lonely" of all things. the list said: "thievery corporation - hooverphonic - this strange effect" and the track sang about "strange waters". any ideas?

It was several tracks before "fantastic plastic machine" any ideas? Is there a playlist available for this stream??
