5.1 Question

Sorry for the stupid question, but when the centre speaker is in play, does it effecitvely stop normal stereo music being stereo? What does it play? Both channels merged into one mono center channel?

Should the center speaker be quieter than the front left and right?

thank you for your time <3

Gimmy £50 and I'll buy one and test it for myself.

I'ed guess that it mearly remixes it though all the speekers, the central one will take both channels or be swiched off.

Center Channel, If it's 'building' surround sound from a stereo signal, will be whatever is common between the right and left speakers. Generally, Right only stuff comes out of the right speaker, left only out of the left(both front and rear), common comes out of the middle, and everything below a certain frequency comes out of the sub. If there are 6 discreet channels in the audio source(like a 5.1 signal) the center channel comes out the middle, although it's normally reserved for on screen talking, so that people in frame come out the middle and out of frame come out the other channels.

And On that day, the Lords of the land said unto their Master Architect, "The temple you have made to the gods of Wasabi and Maki has brought us no great prosperity" and they sent out him into the lands.

As he traveled to a far off land, he found he wasn't traveling alone, but that he had gained companions, and when they found their new land, they started work on a new temple, one that would be OPEN to all who wanted to worship.
