HUGE problems
Ok, I get this error and it appears every 12 mins in the shoutcast server monitor:
[yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave error (nak) [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 200.11.241.142:8000) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out)) With this, some people can listen to my station... some other cant. And that IP... is not even mine. if you can check mine would be nice: 10.201.5.115:8000 IVE READ THE DISCUSSION FORUM IN SHOUTCAST about this error, and i cant get the answer... Im not behind a firewall and im dont have a shared conection with switch or anything like that. I did try turning the YPort to 666 but it still not working... dont know why!. Im using Windowns ME, and conecting with a broadband conection on 128 K speed. the model of the modem is a Cisco 677 of Cisco Systems. It is coneceted to the phone line but it doesnt get it busy PLEASE HELP i got like three weeks with this issue. |

How do i figure it out? im really not sure bout the proxy and router... i think im not under a router, im not sure

You will need to find out whether or not you are behind a router. If you are, look in your router documentation for information on Port Forwarding.
