Can someone recommend any good legal download sites for mp3?

I don't have XP so Napster is out. I tried the Fuse but got wma files that I can't play on Winamp.

http://magnatune.com/ is worth a mention if it's not among Egg's lists already.

I've found some interesting stuff there, and a lot of dross, but WTH it's free.
